It supports test and monitors 8 type of meat and 5-level taste, you can free choose from the included meat type and level of tastes as your will without any worry, because the thermometer will alert you when the meat temperature reaches to pre-set parameter.   • 8 Meat Type and 5 Doneness Mode: There is 8 meat type (Beef, Lamb, Veal, Chicken, Hamburger, Pork, Turkey and Fish mode) and 4 doneness mode (Well Done, Medium Well, Medium, Medium Rare and Rare) for you to choose depending on your preference.
  • Visible Meat Temperature: The LCD screen with backlight displays current/ target temperature in ℃/℉, meat type and doneness mode for easy control. Non-visible meat temperature becomes visible with this thermometer.
  • Food Grade Probe: The stainless steel probe is used to detect food temperature by plugging into the center of the meat about 3cm deep. It has good heat resistance (withstand up to 482°F/250℃), which can be used when grilling, baking, roasting, frying, smoking, and BBQ, etc.
